Polo Vulcan The Polo Vulcan can achieve two looks at once. With 14 spokes, the Vulcan can be both a spokes wheel or a full face wheel as the chrome takes up more room than empty space. If you look closely, you will notice the spoke design is really seven pair of "V" shaped spokes that arch and land deep on the lip of the rim.
